Cancellation Policy

MacStation believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• You will not be able to return the product once it is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

MacStation takes great care in the procurement, storage, and selling of products so that it reaches the customers in the best condition.

But if you happen to receive a product that is slightly damaged- either functional or cosmetic, or has some manufacturing defect, then MacStation and/or its Logistics Partner will decide on a case-to-case basis.

Such times:

• Before use of the product, please call our Customer Service Team at info@macstation.co.in or on 7709040236 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Customer service team would guide you regarding the process
• You may even have to come down to MacStation for such cases.

MacStation does not entertain returns other than for the reasons listed below. Return orders are valid according to the condition and category of the products and the following conditions:

• The customer needs to inform us about the delivery of a Damaged/Defective item within 48 hours after receiving the item.
• Products need to be returned in original packaging with original price tags, labels, and invoices attached to them.

Advance Payment for Out-of-Stock Products

In cases where a particular product is not available in stock at the time of inquiry:

MacStation accepts a token amount of ₹2,000 as an advance payment from the customer to initiate procurement.

This amount is used to source and transfer the requested product from one of our other MacStation stores.

Important: The token amount of ₹2,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is treated as a service initiation and handling charge for inter-branch logistics and procurement coordination.

Once the product is available, the balance amount can be paid, and the purchase will be completed.

Refunds

Reimbursement is only issued under the following circumstances:

• MacStation does not provide refund at any case!

MacStation guarantees authenticity. All Mac products are supplied 100 percent genuine, fresh from Apple, or from licensed resellers, complete with original and perfect packaging.

We have created processes to assure you of getting the best.

• Sealed-pack Products:A sealed-pack MacBook is shipped right from Apple’s doorstep with its manufacturer’s 1-year warranty. Thus, once you make the purchase, you cannot return it or request for a replacement.
• Warranty Coverage: All Apple MacBooks come with the standard 1-year warranty. It can be claimed in any authorized Apple Service Centre located across India.
• For Help: For any issue, please contact the nearest Apple Service Centre for proper guidance and assistance.

At MacStation, we have quality checks in place to ensure that every sealed product reaches you in its original, untampered condition. This ensures the authenticity and integrity of your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We take utmost care to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we are here to help:

• Reporting Timeline: Report within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Process: Contact our Customer Service Team at info@macstation.co.in or call 7709040236. Our team will guide you through the process, which may involve visiting a MacStation store for further evaluation.
• Return Conditions: The product has to be unused and returned with all its original packaging, with price tags, labels, and invoices intact.
• Refund Policy:

Refund is applicable only in the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before payment!
